Embrace the nature with us, in the quiet of the mountain, 250 meters from the chairlift that climbs the Păpușa massif (2136 m), with a dreamy view of the fir forest and the murmur of the nearby springs. Leave your worries down, in the valley.
At PARANG cottage, at almost 1800 m, 60 m from the Transalpina national road, we live simply, in clean air, peace, with traditional mountain food. It is a fairytale place, where walking, skiing, sledding, are at home.
The Parâng cottage is a symbol of the love of mountains, of peace, but also the place where friends and families can meet next to the fireplace or on the terrace, to plan hikes on Păpușa and Parângul Mare peaks, to Galcescu lake, Baia de Fier and Polovragi caves, the Tismana monasteries, Polovragi, Crasna, to discover the great Constantin Brâncuși at his home (Tg-Jiu, Peștişani).
We are here, waiting for you to return after your adventures, with soft sheets, with traditional food and drink, but above all, with lots and lots of warmth.
