The ski slopes in Ranca

Ranca resort is considered to have the greatest winter tourism potential. The resort manages to attract more and more tourists to the Parang Mountains area every winter sports season. The area dedicated to snow enthusiasts currently has three ski slopes, one of which offers a night-time facility for activities after sunset. The plans include building a new ski slope and a cable car facility on Mount Papusa.

Currently, the resort has 5 ski slopes: 4 on Mount Cornesu (slopes M1, M2, M3, M4) and 1 on Mount Papusa (slope Ranca 1).

The ski slopes on Mount Cornesu are equipped with cable car facilities (teleski and/or babyski), and M1 has night-time and sound facilities.

The Ranca 1 slope on Mount Papusa is equipped with a 4-seat chairlift. Skiing and snowboarding can be practiced on the slope, and separate locations have been set up for sledding or other activities. Ranca 1 slope program: 09:30-16:00."
